In the heart of Gurugram’s underserved communities, Vision Unlimited is creating safe spaces where children are not only learning, but also healing, growing, and dreaming beyond their circumstances. What began as a small effort during the COVID lockdown has today evolved into a movement supporting children through after-school learning centres across urban slum communities in Gurugram.

Under the guidance and vision of Dr. Shibal Bhartiya, Vision Unlimited focuses on holistic child development through foundational literacy, numeracy, nutrition, health awareness, emotional well-being, and community care. The organization believes that every child deserves not just access to education, but also a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported.
The After-School Clubs run by Vision Unlimited serve as more than classrooms — they are spaces of hope and continuity for children growing up in vulnerable conditions. Along with educational support, children receive nutritional care, health check-ups, creative learning opportunities, life-skills development, and emotional support that strengthens their confidence and aspirations.
Vision Unlimited’s work is deeply rooted in community participation and evidence-based impact.
